Thursday 30, March 2023 Additional Opening Night Celebration tickets are available for purchase at the rate of $50.00 per ticket.

We offer a special guest conference rate of $300.00. The rate includes a ticket to the Opening Night Celebration and entrance to the Expo Hall and keynote sessions. The guest cannot be an ACA member or a lapsed ACA member. The rate does not apply to anyone who is involved with or presenting an education session. A guest registration is good for the duration of the conference. CE's cannot be earned with a guest registration. Please note that children under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the event including the Expo Hall and session areas.

Full COVID-19 vaccination is required for all registrants, guests, and/or conference participants.

Face masks will be required while in ACA conference spaces which include but are not limited to: meeting rooms, exhibit hall, registration area, bookstore, and shuttle buses. Any conference participant that does not wear a face mask or cannot provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination will be asked to leave the conference at the sole discretion of ACA.

All registration cancellations and refund request must be made in writing via email by March 23, 2023. You will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee ($50 for Students/New Professional/Retired categories.) No refunds will be granted after March 23, 2023. ACA regrets that refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the American Counseling Association (ACA) conferences, meetings, and events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ACA for use and distribution, now and in the future, of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audio of such events and activities to illustrate and promote the ACA experience and products.
