1.Participants will explore various questions to help them navigate through ethical dilemmas that may arise when counseling unaccompanied minors in federal detention centers.
2.Participants will learn more about how the legal categorization of unaccompanied minors impact their rights to basic rights and privileges such as confidentiality and protected health information.
3.Participants will explore the implications of counseling this population through a social justice lens.
