Healthy intimate relationships are essential for overall wellness and well-being (Barden et al., 2024). Social support, the reduction of stigma, and the cultivation of quality time, as reported by Barden et al., are the critical elements in establishing a healthy relationship. This study investigated the associations between social support, self-stigma, and quality time among couples in a randomized controlled relationship education intervention. Results, implications, and considerations for implementing relationship interventions are discussed.
