Social support, the reduction of stigma, and the cultivation of quality time, as reported by Barden et al., are the critical elements in establishing a healthy relationship. • Comprehend the impact of service modality (online or in-person) on partners' perceptions of quality time, social support, and feelings of self-stigma of seeking help at the 1-month follow up.
