Description: The American Counseling Association (ACA) stands with and for every person in pursuit of effective counseling services and, as such, is sharing these resources for free to serve the community and support the professional development of counselors to provide quality professional counseling. This bundle offers 5.0 hours of continuing education, of which 2.0 are ethic hours. Counselors will learn about the Interstate Compact that allows counselors licensed and residing in a compact member state to practice in another compact member state without the need for multiple licenses. Moreover, private practice owners and staff members will learn valuable information regarding liability, policy, procedure development, and hiring practices and evaluate and improve their policy-making processes.
